Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return or size exchange.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Size Exchanges

Got the wrong size? We'll exchange it for the right one for free.

Contact us at support@wearshapeon.com within 60 days of receiving your order and let us know which size you need.

Once your size exchange is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and arrange your replacement size. There are no additional shipping charges for a size exchange.

Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

You may inspect and try on the item as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and fit. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by our 60-day return policy.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
